Today I only made a short trip from Poland towards Lithuania, Poland made for me the impression to be the country of the fast and, sometimes, not so talented car-drivers.
There are more trucks on the road then in the US.

it seems like Poland would be the industry-part from the EU.

Sure there are also great landscapes with beautiful nature and there you see a lot of storks in their nests mostly built on the top of the telephone line mast, very impressive.

As it seems at least on the countryside, cows needed not to be fenced in, because they are usually tied to a pole, sometimes even with legs tied together, which is a bit strange for people who are used to western animal husbandry.

I landed at the beautiful campsite in Marijampole, where I met Susanne and Jürg from Zurich, who came back from Nordkap.
We exchanged some travel and life stories, it is always interesting when you meet other travelers with their experience. In the evening there was a party at the campsite by local people, with snack and a bar, that was also a welcome change
